At Lost Designer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item back into its original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all dust bags, authenticity cards, and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
